Most winter weddings follow one of two color schemes. Either you go with winter classics like bright red, dark green, and elegant gold—which, in unprofessional hands, can quickly take on a Christmas vibe—or you draw inspiration from the color palette of the Disney classic *Frozen* and design the wedding in blue, white, and silver to match the setting. Even though these themes have proven popular, we say, “Let it go!” 🎶
This winter wedding inspiration showcases a color scheme that is as fresh as it is beautiful: mauve and cinnamon pink. The colors create a stunning contrast between the snow-covered winter landscape of the Volderberg in Tyrol and the wedding decor. The trendy cinnamon pink is already evident in the bridal bouquet, where it’s paired with subtle mauve. The color palette comes through even more clearly in the decoration of the hexagonal wedding arch. Here, muted reds and berry tones join the mix, creating a wonderfully warm atmosphere at midnight when the arch is illuminated for the cake-cutting ceremony.
But it’s not just the colors that are impressive—Imolacy’s wedding dress is also a real eye-catcher. The designers themselves describe it as a “true work of art.” The dress’s mermaid silhouette serves as a canvas, exuding timeless glamour with hand-embroidered lace and pearls, as well as a lingerie-inspired bodice and an elegant button placket. The look is paired with detachable, modern puff sleeves made of organza and tulle, which have an almost boho-chic feel—all in all, a true work of art.
