Tyrol

For this wedding inspiration, we headed to Innsbruck’s Old Town. But instead of being drawn to the shopping or sightseeing opportunities, we were drawn to the history. Over the past centuries, countless wonderful stories worth telling have unfolded behind these windows, and with this wedding, there will be one more.

Winter Wedding in Malve & Zimtrosa

Tyrol

Most winter weddings follow one of two color schemes. Either you go with winter classics like bright red, dark green, and elegant gold—which, in unprofessional hands, can quickly take on a Christmas vibe—or you draw inspiration from the color palette of the Disney classic *Frozen* and design the wedding in blue, white, and silver to match the setting. Even though these themes have proven popular, we say, “Let it go!” 🎶

Frequently Asked Questions About Ariane Frötscher

How did you get into your line of work?

Being creative, putting ideas down on paper, and preserving them has always inspired and fascinated me. During my training as a graphic designer, photography was always another great passion of mine. Being able to combine the two is the best thing that could have happened to me!

What do you like about the wedding industry?

The “magic” of a wedding day: the mood, the atmosphere, the excitement, and the joy of every single moment. It is a great honor for me to help shape and capture these precious moments. Years later, the couples will still look back at these photos, and they will always hold a special place in their hearts.

What trends do you see right now?

It’s becoming increasingly important to couples to receive a complete photographic reportage of their wedding day. They want the photos to fully recount and capture the day. The photos should be authentic and natural. It’s important to avoid stiff, posed shots and instead observe and capture genuine moments in motion. The wedding day is also increasingly becoming a fully styled event, which makes the stationery and design concept more and more important.

How would you like to get married?

Good question. My answer would probably be different every week. There are just too many wonderful ways to get married. In any case, the most important thing for me would be to have my loved ones around me and to be able to enjoy the day without any stress.
