We believe there needs to be more nonprofit events for wedding service providers. That’s why we’ve been an official partner of all Wedding Meetups in Austria since 2025 . We volunteer our time to support the organizers of these networking events with marketing and finding additional partners. We also connect the organizers with one another, fostering a lively exchange that ensures a certain standard of quality nationwide.

In some parts of Austria, the Wedding Meetup has long been a familiar name—the Graz Wedding Meetup, in particular, serves as an inspiring example as it celebrates its tenth anniversary. But organizers have also stepped up in new locations, eager to take on the task of organizing a regional meetup.
The Wedding Meetup format was founded in Munich in 2011 by Carinthian wedding photographers Carmen & Ingo and is now held at numerous locations throughout the German-speaking world. The Graz Wedding Meetup, organized by Verena Kindermann and now in its 10th year, has been and continues to be a model for the many other meetups currently being held throughout Austria. Networking is the focus of this nonprofit event, which is open to all wedding service providers. Organizers are not permitted to promote their own businesses.
Following the Wedding Meetups in the fall, the Austria Wedding Party takes place every November—a large, nonprofit networking event for the wedding industry that attracts up to 350 guests from all federal states.
