This unique wedding showcases how the anthurium—also known as the flamingo flower—can shine in a whole new light. Instead of appearing dramatic and extroverted, here it comes across as delicate, graceful, and elegant. The concept combines modern design with a lightness that seems almost ethereal, creating a harmonious blend of every aspect of the celebration.
The lakeside wedding ceremony and the reception venue captivate with a thoughtful color palette of pink, salmon, and white. Anthuriums in these delicate shades serve as a unifying thread throughout the entire decor. The curved wedding arch made of acrylic glass, adorned with carefully arranged flamingo flowers, provides the perfect setting for the emotional moments by the water.
The reception venue also echoes the lightness and elegance of the design. The table decorations impressed with a harmonious interplay of glass candleholders, delicate vases, and modern acrylic chairs. Golden accents—such as on the silverware or in small details like the napkin rings—lend the overall look a touch of luxury without overwhelming the clean, modern aesthetic.
An absolute highlight is the wedding cake: a four-tiered creation that is not only a culinary delight but also a true work of art. The color and design concept, of course, runs throughout here as well. Every detail has been carefully considered for the reception as well: Guests are welcomed with salmon-colored rosé sparkling wine, fruity canapés, and small delicacies that are coordinated with the color scheme not only in terms of flavor but also visually. Pomegranate seeds, delicate blossoms, and subtle anthurium accents lend the reception a special charm.
The stationery is lovingly designed and reflects the theme down to the last detail. Salmon-colored lettering on elegant paper and the stylized illustration of the anthurium make the invitation cards and menu cards true eye-catchers.
The overall concept thrives on the combination of clean shapes and flowing lines, which lend the wedding an almost poetic grace. The anthurium, often underestimated, reveals its versatile side here and gives this celebration an unforgettable blend of modernity and romance.
