Dreamy and fairy-tale cozy—that’s how people usually imagine a winter wedding. But the cold season can also be different. This wedding inspiration shows what a perfect winter wedding looks like: understated, elegant, radiant, and extraordinary.
The bride takes center stage. Her expressive makeup makes her appear focused, composed, and a little edgy. With her hair sleekly brushed back, she exudes elegance and glamour. She has little in common with a dreamy Snow White princess. This is a tough, self-assured woman who knows what she wants and doesn’t need a prince to save her. With her floral crown, matching earrings, and the delicately shimmering necklace on her bare back, she skillfully emphasizes her femininity.
Despite the indoor venue, the wedding design—in white and gold—skillfully connects with nature. From the bride’s delicate floral crown to her bouquet and the wedding decorations, flowers, blossoms, grasses, and ferns are featured—either arranged in vases or tied in a cascading style.
The round wedding table, draped with long, flowing cloths, and the beautiful pastry display also stay true to the color scheme. At the center of the wonderfully versatile sweet table stands the wedding cake—a masterpiece of wafer paper cake that looks just as sophisticated as the bride for whom it was baked.
