Master pastry chef Verena from Knittelfeld loves the sweet side of life and creates wedding cakes tailored entirely to your wishes. From fruity combinations featuring raspberries or apricots to autumnal creations with nougat, plums, and baked apples, there’s something for every taste.

For Verena, the decision to become a master pastry chef was an easy one. After all, this cheerful resident of Knittelfeld has always been passionate about the sweet side of life. To share this passion with as many people as possible, she founded the Zuckerzirkus and has been running it with immense dedication since 2013.
Verena’s main focus is on individuality and quality. Each of her wedding cakes is one-of-a-kind, and every sweet table is tailored to the needs and wishes of the bride and groom. The master pastry chef carefully selects the right ingredients and recipes to create delicious treats for every wedding. The fillings of her masterpieces change with the seasons: from summery, fruity classics like raspberry, mango, apricot, and more, to fall creations featuring nougat, plum, and baked apple—there’s something for every taste.
When it comes to the sweet table, Verena focuses on variety: apple fritters, tiny sweet tartlets, a fruity treat in a glass, cake pops, and much more await discovery here. She also makes sure the concept is perfectly coordinated and that the presentation is a feast for the eyes. To achieve this, she uses decorative items from her own rental service, which is managed by wedding florist Pamela Tropp (Blickfang Tropp).
