Pastry chef Mario Kurzamann learned his craft at renowned patisseries and pastry shops in Vienna and England, among other places, before fulfilling his childhood dream of owning his own pastry shop in 2019. He took over the oldest existing pastry shop in Bludenz—Café & Konditorei Fritz on Mühlgasse. In the spring of 2023, he acquired the renowned Dörflinger pastry shop on Rathausgasse, where the bakery also relocated.

Mario loves to let his creative side shine when making wedding cakes. He ensures the highest quality and keeps current trends in mind. Whether modern, imaginative, or classic—made of chocolate and decorated with roses or delicate sugar lilies—every cake is lovingly handcrafted using high-quality ingredients.
The pastry chef and confectioner also takes allergies, food intolerances, and vegan requests into account. This ensures that your wedding cake is designed to meet your specific wishes and needs. The bakery is also happy to deliver the cake to your wedding venue to help create a cohesive overall look on-site.
