About JammVi – The Art of Baking

Viktoria Jammernegg is the passionate master pastry chef behind JammVi – Backkunst, who introduces you to the art of baking through her petit four chocolates, sweet tables, and individual desserts. With her masterful baking skills, she turns your wedding into an unforgettable, sweet culinary experience.

Viktoria sets high standards for her small creations. She relies exclusively on regional ingredients and fresh, seasonal fruit. Even during the cooler months, this master baker avoids using pre-made products from far away, opting instead for homemade compotes, jams, and fruit purees.

JammVi has always stood for individuality. That’s why Viktoria doesn’t offer a set menu of options; every dessert is crafted according to your personal favorite flavors and preferences. The master pastry chef’s sweet tables are meticulously curated works of art. If you still don’t want to do without a wedding cake for the symbolic first cut, Viktoria offers a small-sized cake to go with every sweet table.

Viktoria believes that, as the bride and groom, you deserve all the sweetness in the world. The Styrian baker puts a lot of craftsmanship and even more love into each of her creations—and that’s exactly what you taste with every bite!

Frequently Asked Questions About JammVi – The Art of Baking

When should we get in touch with you?

It’s best to get in touch as early as possible. Once you’ve set the wedding date, chosen the venue, and have a rough timeline, you can reach out. That way, I’ll have plenty of time to come up with a concept for your sweet table and schedule a tasting.

When is the best time to have a sweet table?

Personally, I think it's ideal to schedule the sweet table for the afternoon. It gives your guests something to do in the meantime, and you can take your photos at your leisure. Plus, your guests will have food and drinks to enjoy, which helps keep the mood lively.

How much does a sweet table cost?

It’s hard to give a general answer, since it depends on several factors: individual desserts or petit fours, the specific ingredients used, and the desired design. But to give you a rough idea, we’re looking at a price per person between €12 and €20; these prices do not include delivery or setup.
