Christina Holzmeister is the charming wedding officiant from the Pinzgau region. She plans non-religious wedding ceremonies with a great deal of heart, experience, and a keen sense of the right words. Upon request, she can incorporate live singing into the ceremony or compose personalized texts for the couple to recite themselves. She works primarily in the Saalfelden area.

Christina, the voice behind “Traurednerin Pinzgau,” brings a palpable warmth to every non-religious wedding ceremony. Based in Saalfelden, she has been creating personalized ceremonies since 2024—authentic, heartfelt, and with a keen sense of language and atmosphere. She brought her passion for speaking and writing with her from her career as a teacher and honed her stage presence as a singer through more than ten years of providing musical accompaniment at weddings.
Christina was able to officiate her first independent wedding ceremonies as early as the year she completed her training. Even during her maternity leave, thanks to family support, she continued to work on a sporadic basis. What has always driven her: the joy of accompanying couples on one of their most important days.
Upon request, she can also provide musical accompaniment: Together with her friend Lisa, Christina offers live vocals for the ceremony—a lovely addition, but not a requirement. Those who prefer to speak themselves can count on Christina’s knack for writing: she composes personalized speeches or poems for you to recite.
Even though she calls herself “Traurednerin Pinzgau,” Christina works throughout the Saalfelden area and within a one-hour radius. With an open ear, creative ideas, and a whole lot of heart, she creates moments that will be remembered forever.
Do you only officiate weddings in the Pinzgau region?
No—I’m also happy to officiate weddings outside our beautiful district. Within about an hour’s drive of Saalfelden, there are many possibilities.
Do non-religious wedding ceremonies have to take place outdoors?
No, that’s not necessary. Most venues offer lovely indoor alternatives. If the couple isn’t tied to a specific location, we’re sure to find a suitable solution. “Open” means that the couple can decide for themselves how and where the wedding ceremony should take place. I always try to accommodate their wishes as best as possible.
Can you recommend any other service providers?
Yes, I’d be happy to. I have a strong network, especially in the Pinzgau and Pongau regions—across a variety of industries. If I’m unavailable on a specific date, I’m also happy to recommend other speakers.
