The Schübel-Auer wedding venue is now in its tenth generation of ownership and is one of the oldest Heurigen in Vienna. The Heuriger features a beautiful outdoor dining area with a 150-year-old chestnut tree, a wood-paneled tavern, a seminar house, a wild and romantic orchard, the historic Auerhof with its vine-covered terrace, and the idyllic winemaker’s house.
The premises, some of which are listed historic sites, exude the charm and magic of bygone eras through their walls and architecture and have been gently restored with great attention to detail. Even on rainy days, they remain a magical place for a cozy celebration.

On October 4, 2026, our 8th Luft & Liebe® Wedding Festival will take place in Vienna! The event will once again be held at METAStadt—arguably one of the coolest venues in the city.

You can book the entire venue or just a portion of it for exclusive use.
We do not charge a room rental fee; instead, we ask that you be generous with your tips.
Then there’s another reason to celebrate! Because if it rains on your wedding day, money is said to flow abundantly in your marriage. This is celebrated in style at the Winzerhaus, built in 1642. Most of the door frames and wooden floors are original from the 17th century and create an exceptionally romantic atmosphere. For all the activities that were planned to take place outdoors, there’s a beautiful indoor setting available.
Personalized decorations make your celebration unique and one-of-a-kind. We’d be happy to decorate the venue for you—please bring the decorations the day before so we have enough time, and so you can cross one more item off your to-do list.
