At the same time, we guide you from the first consultation to the last dance with a clear structure and a wealth of experience. The event flows seamlessly without you having to lift a finger. When it comes to cuisine, we focus on high-quality, regional dishes prepared in-house. Everything is harmonious and executed with attention to detail. After receiving your inquiry, we’ll first check our availability and send you our Event Guide. In it, you’ll find all the important information as well as a clear overview of our options. Once your ideas have become more concrete, we’ll meet in person at the Hirschen to discuss your specific wishes, the schedule, and the cuisine. Based on this, we’ll create a customized proposal that clearly outlines your celebration. Once you’ve accepted the proposal, your date will be firmly reserved. From that moment on, we’ll continue to guide you personally, from finalizing the menu to planning the schedule. Shortly before the celebration, we’ll go over the entire itinerary together one last time. On the wedding day itself, everything will be ready. You’ll arrive, be welcomed, and can focus entirely on your celebration while we work behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly.
