Background music may also be played outdoors until 10:00 p.m. Since Vienna has a legally mandated quiet hour, no music may be played outdoors after 10:00 p.m. At the ORANGERIE, you’re welcome to dance the night away until the early morning hours. Our official closing time is 2:00 a.m. Upon request, we can ask for an extension until 5:00 a.m. We only ask that you keep the windows and doors closed as much as possible starting at 10:00 p.m.
It depends on our event schedule, which we’ll know about roughly one month before your celebration. If there’s an event the day before, we guarantee that the tables will be set two hours before your guests arrive. If there’s no event the day before, you’re welcome to come by the day before starting around 3:00 p.m. to set up decorations. We ask that you always coordinate with our event team.
No, due to the Event Act and hygiene regulations, dogs are not allowed at celebrations (exception: service dogs and assistance dogs).
Unfortunately, not inside the Orangery itself. If you've booked a hotel room, ask for an early check-in—that way, you can check into your room starting at 11:00 a.m. and get ready there in peace.
You are welcome to light table candles or decorative candles. We only ask that you use candles whose wax does not become too runny, so as not to stain the tablecloth. Spray candles are permitted in moderation (about 10–15) in the Orangery at the front of the dance floor.
