From the invitations to the table decorations, from choosing the wedding venue to coordinating and organizing the vendors. On your wedding day, everything will be perfectly coordinated. In addition to creative aspects—such as developing a well-thought-out decoration concept and coordinating the stationery—administrative tasks, like vendor management and contract negotiations, are extremely important and will be handled reliably by us. Since we take care of everything, all you have to do is enjoy your rehearsal dinner and look forward to your big day. Well, okay, admittedly, there’s one more thing: Compiling the guest list would still be your job, since we unfortunately can’t do that for you. You don’t have to worry about anything else.

Why do you work with fixed prices?
The first step toward working with us is establishing a solid foundation of trust. And in our view, this can only be achieved if we work with a fixed price and you don’t have to worry about incurring unexpected costs afterward that you hadn’t anticipated at the beginning. This way, we guarantee—especially when selecting the right vendors—that we always act in your best interest, regardless of the size of your final budget. You’ll receive the contract and the corresponding invoice directly from all service providers. This also means that if you have additional requests or if extra work is required, the price for the planning won’t increase. This also makes it easier to calculate your budget for your big day.

Which wedding venues in Tyrol do you personally like best?
There are actually quite a few. As part of our planning work, we’re constantly fortunate enough to work at venues and locations that take our breath away. However, a few have left a particularly lasting impression on us: the Crystal Dome at Swarovski Worlds in Wattens, Ambras Castle in Innsbruck, the Igludorf in the Ötztal Valley, the Jezz Alm Resort in Ellmau (formerly Brenneralm), and the IceQ Glacier Restaurant in Sölden.

That depends entirely on how you envision your wedding—in terms of the number of guests, the entertainment program, the budget, and so on. Not every location abroad that’s perfect for a dream wedding also offers suitable lodging options. That’s why it’s helpful to entrust the planning to a professional wedding planner who already has experience in this field. We’ve built up an excellent network in Italy and Scandinavia, which is why we can particularly recommend these countries based on the weddings we’ve already organized there. Italy offers picturesque backdrops, whether in Tuscany, South Tyrol, or along the Amalfi Coast. In addition to culinary highlights and romantic venues, there are plenty of options here to plan your wedding to perfection. Scandinavia, with its dreamy winter landscapes and the Northern Lights—which create truly unique photo opportunities—is like a fairy-tale wedding. Here, however, you’ll need to be prepared to invest a bit more than usual financially.

Good question, though it’s hard to answer. There isn’t just one part of the planning that brings us joy. It’s really the entire journey and the whole process that turns our work into our passion. But of course, a very special moment during the planning process is the final result.
