There are many reasons to choose a spring wedding. The spirit of spring is in the air, inviting you to celebrate love—and, almost more importantly, no other season is as well-suited to a wedding design in pastel shades as spring. Whether it’s florals, stationery, decorations, or even the wedding cake—pastel colors lend every wedding concept a light, airy feel. In the case of this wedding inspiration, Schloss Pöggstall in Lower Austria even features pastel-colored decorative elements that contribute to the friendly overall look.

For years now, we’ve been advising couples like you to get married exactly the way you want to. You should let go of other people’s expectations and celebrate your love in a way that feels right to you. Larry Harvey already had this mindset back in 1948, and to put it into practice, he organized a festival in the Nevada desert with 20 people—the first Burning Man. This small event has not only become the most spectacular, craziest festival in the world, but also the inspiration for this wedding theme.

Especially when choosing lemon ice cream means you have to pass up the chocolate ice cream. That’s exactly how many couples feel when choosing the right wedding theme. What if you’d like to have an elegant wedding, but at the same time you’re drawn to the charm of a natural, rustic barn wedding? Then this wedding inspiration is for you.

Definitely your best friend! It should be someone who knows you best and is happy for you. If you want to have other friends or relatives there, you should limit yourself to three or four people. Otherwise, you’ll get totally overwhelmed by too many opinions and end up not knowing what you want anymore.
It's best to plan your budget in advance and let your consultant know during your fitting. That way, you'll only be shown wedding dresses that fit within your price range, so you can avoid falling in love with a dress that would be too expensive for you.
It’s best to wear light-colored, seamless underwear that matches your skin tone. Don’t wear too much makeup, as it could be unpleasant to leave stains on one of the dresses. If you have long hair, bring a hair clip or a hair tie. If you sweat heavily, use an antiperspirant or some talcum powder beforehand to prevent sweat stains. Don’t forget to bring cash or a debit/credit card. If you find your dream dress, it’s customary to make a down payment after signing the contract—otherwise, you’ll likely have to pay the consultation fee. And then: Sit back and let them help you!
