Behind “verzückt – Handmade Sweets” is Dagmar Hummer—a creative maverick, down-to-earth nature lover, and family manager. She can still vividly recall her grandmother’s fluffy Swiss roll and moist apple strudel, from whom she inherited a love of baking as a child.
After completing her business training, Dagmar pursued baking as a hobby throughout her life until she finally turned her passion into her dream job. A pivotal experience was a cupcake and cake-making course in Vienna, which sparked her enthusiasm for trendy cakes and British cupcakes. Since then, she hasn’t missed a single opportunity to perfect her craft.
Using the finest regional ingredients, with a love for baking in their hearts and an eye for beautiful design, Dagmar and her team aim to bring joy into your life and the lives of your loved ones with their sweet creations.
