Renate Heer has been making cake dreams come true for many years. Each of her works of art is one-of-a-kind and is created according to your individual wishes and ideas.
She places great importance on using only the finest ingredients—both when baking according to her own recipes and when creating the handmade decorations, which are crafted with great attention to detail for your wedding cake.
Every couple is warmly invited to a comprehensive initial consultation so that all your wishes can be taken into account and fulfilled to the best of our ability. Based on this consultation, Renate will then develop a custom cake design that is perfectly tailored to you and your wedding.

A Fairytale Wedding with Sissi Vibes at the Palast Hohenems
When a wedding takes place on the grounds of a venerable palace, the wedding concept can be classic, extravagant, and exciting all at once. As beautiful as boho and barn weddings may be, this wedding at the Palast Hohenems captivates with its classic, fairy-tale elements. Inspired by the royal surroundings, the wedding design is entirely devoted to romance. It takes us back to royal times and shows how a wedding can bring the “Sissi vibes” of yesteryear into the present.

Black, White & Cool: A Minimalist, Modern Wedding in Feldkirch
“Black and White”—a concept centered on this theme is rich in contrast, timeless, and, for some, perhaps surprisingly versatile. In this wedding inspiration shoot, the concept was given a modern twist by incorporating complementary accents. Even as a child, I used to bake a lot with my grandma—that sparked a great passion that led me to my current career.
What do you like about the wedding industry?
The magic! That wonderful feeling when a couple is here with us, gazing lovingly at each other and already imagining how they’ll cut their cake. During our first consultation, I get a sense of the perfect cake design for the customer, so to speak. Isn’t it the best thing in the world to work with happy couples all the time?
What has changed in terms of trends in recent years?
The wedding cakes I had the pleasure of making 15 years ago were all white, with cream and red marzipan roses. Since weddings these days are planned much more meticulously, everything is coordinated—even the cake has to fit the overall theme. Currently, a natural look, fresh flowers, and fresh fruit are increasingly in demand, and fondant cakes are finally starting to fall out of favor.
How did you get married?
We celebrated a shamanic wedding in a meadow—with a cozy BBQ and great music.
What advice do you have for engaged couples?
Enjoy planning your wedding, don't stress too much, and delegate as much work as possible on your big day!
