Behind "Bianca backt" is Bianca Lackner-Wohlgemuth—a pastry specialist from Styria who creates meticulously crafted cakes and confections for weddings, baptisms, and events of all kinds. This award-winning pastry chef has published her own baking book and has also demonstrated her skills on a well-known TV baking show.
Bianca has always been passionate about cakes and loves to indulge in sweets herself. She took second place on the popular SAT1 TV show “Das große Backen” and then decided to pursue a career as a master pastry chef. Various awards attest to the Styrian’s great talent.
In addition to high-quality ingredients, the main ingredients for her baked goods—both small and large—are always plenty of love and passion—because for this pastry chef, perfecting the flavor is her top priority: Everything should taste just as good as it looks!
Bianca bakes your wedding cake with lots of love and is always very mindful of her responsibility, because, after all, cutting the wedding cake is one of the most important traditions on the wedding day. For this special moment, Bianca has created a unique heart-shaped cake that has even won an award. When this ingeniously designed wedding cake is cut, a red heart is revealed—a real highlight for the guests and the bride and groom.
