Aurora Tedesco can't imagine life without confetti. In this case, however, confetti doesn't refer to paper confetti, but rather to exquisite sugared almonds from Italy. Aurora brought these with her from her home country to Austria.

Aurora brought the art of making sugared almonds from her homeland to Vorarlberg. In Italy, this delicate treat is a staple at every wedding—either as part of a confettata (an Italian dessert table) or as a special party favor.
Aurora's sugared almonds aren't like a box of chocolates (sorry, Forrest), because here you always know what you're getting. The almonds come in a wide variety of colors and over 100 varieties and flavors. They're gluten-free, kosher, and some are even vegan. Since Aurora lovingly handcrafts them all, she can fulfill almost any request you have.
For Aurora, love is always the most important ingredient in her delicacies. That’s why she gets very creative with the packaging and presentation as well: boxes, tubes, test tubes, containers, bags, and glass jars are always designed to match the color scheme and style of your wedding.
