It’s simple: Because YOU are unique. No love story is exactly the same. And that’s why no non-religious wedding ceremony is exactly the same either. It’s you—the bride and groom—who get to bring your wishes to life on this day and during the non-religious wedding ceremony with all your enthusiasm and with the greatest joy. Would you like to do a little dance during the ceremony? Sure, why not! Would you like to call someone who can’t be there in person on this day during the ceremony, and have me personally say “Hello”? I’d be happy to! I don’t want to consider anything impossible, too trivial, or even unimportant for this part of your wedding day. On the contrary—together with you as a couple, I want to create and celebrate a non-religious wedding ceremony that fits perfectly into your very own (romantic) picture frame.
What will the journey to our wedding day with you look like?
From the very first day you reach out to me, you’ll be my most important partners as we walk this path together—the path that leads you to saying “I do.” I’m your guide, supporter, point of contact, partner, and simply Verena—a wedding speaker and wedding enthusiast who wants to celebrate a beautiful, independent wedding ceremony with you. Constant communication, in-person meetings, and regular exchanges—all to plan and shape your celebration together. Our journey definitely culminates on your wedding day, when you’ll hear your very own personal story and so much more from me. But this journey certainly doesn’t end right after my final words. I look forward to staying in touch with you even after your wedding, and you’ll remain valuable and important to me long after my work is done.
What are you willing to do for a non-religious wedding ceremony?
For just about anything! Not only can you incorporate all kinds of rituals into your ceremony, but you can also include people and (tame) pets. I’m happy to travel abroad for a wedding ceremony, or work with you to find a special spot where we can celebrate your love.
What is your philosophy as a speaker for non-religious wedding ceremonies?
I like to let my couples know that they can always feel free to be very open with me about their wishes and needs. It’s also important to me to convey that, as a wedding couple, you absolutely cannot do anything wrong, and that there is no strict protocol or set of rules to follow, even during the wedding ceremony. Feeling comfortable —that’s my motto.
