Why did you become a wedding officiant?
Because there’s nothing I love more than making other people happy and celebrating love. The fact that I enjoy playing mit Worten , love to write, and like to let my boundless creativity run wild is just a nice bonus.
What makes you stand out as a wedding officiant for independent wedding ceremonies?
If you’re looking for authenticity and individuality, you’ve come to the right place. In real life, things are rarely truly perfect—and in my opinion, that’s exactly how it should be, because we’re all human. So with me, you won’t get any feigned joy or artificially staged social media moments; with me, there are only genuine emotions and plenty of empathy and warmth. That’s exactly what I’ll use to work with you to create a non-religious wedding ceremony that’s as close to perfect as possible for you.
What makes your non-religious wedding ceremonies special?
It’s a matter close to my heart that I don’t just write a speech for you, but that I work with you to plan your entire wedding celebration. In doing so, I not only take your wishes into account as closely as possible, but also coordinate thoroughly with the other vendors (such as photographers, florists, singers, etc.). To ensure that your entire wedding day runs smoothly, I also offer my services as a wedding coordinator.
What is your role as the master of ceremonies at the wedding?
You could describe it as a moderate host for the celebration—or, depending on how you’ve planned your wedding, as an emcee. I also always think it’s such a shame when a couple has a favorite song, but the lyrics don’t quite fit their story. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to adapt song lyrics and personalize them for the couple. So with me, you’ll not only get a personalized wedding speech but also song lyrics that belong solely to you.
