Birgit Kruckenfellner quickly realized that a conventional career wasn’t for her. She knew that to be happy at work, she needed more freedom and also had to be able to express her creativity. So she became a freelance wedding officiant.
It started with weddings for friends, then for acquaintances, and eventually her passion became her career. Today, she can’t imagine anything more wonderful than being able to accompany people in the run-up to their wedding and on the big day itself.
What do couples appreciate about Birgit’s work? Everything is possible, and nothing is required. Whether it’s at midnight on an alpine pasture or at sunrise on the shore of a lake—the only thing that matters to her is that the couples feel comfortable and are free to decide where, when, and how their ceremony should take place.
Birgit guides you with plenty of heart and humor, captures your love story in beautiful words, and makes your wedding vows something truly special.

And it also shows that an exotic wedding theme doesn’t necessarily have to be tied to a destination wedding—this extravagant wedding inspiration comes from southern Burgenland!
