Why did you become a freelance speaker?

Every person is unique—truly one of a kind. We are all one-of-a-kind, and there’s no one else like us in this world. That’s exactly why every ceremony should be as individual and personal as the people it’s about. I love making people happy and giving them something special through my ceremonies: time to pause, touching words, loving memories, ceremonies full of emotion and dignity, and moments of lightness and gratitude. My goal is to create ceremonies that authentically reflect people and highlight their uniqueness. What makes people special are their individual stories, their personalities, and the little details that make them one-of-a-kind. I want to bring these special qualities to life in every ceremony to create a deeply moving and unforgettable moment.

What sets you apart from other female speakers?

I am a trained and WKO-certified independent officiant for non-religious wedding ceremonies, baby-naming ceremonies, and memorial services—I’ve mastered my craft. To create an authentic and personal atmosphere, I don’t read from a script; instead, I speak extemporaneously. It is a deep passion of mine to recognize the many small and beautiful qualities in every person that make them so special, and to highlight that uniqueness in my ceremonies. Our journey together toward your unique ceremony begins with your inquiry. I’ll then send you my proposal as soon as possible. If you’re interested, we’ll meet for a no-obligation initial consultation. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and see if I’m the right fit for you. We’ll discuss your wishes and ideas for your non-religious wedding ceremony, and I’ll advise you on the countless possibilities for customizing it. After our meeting, you’ll have plenty of time to think things over at your own pace and decide whether I’m the right officiant for you and whether I may have the honor of accompanying you on your special day. If I have the honor of officiating your non-religious wedding ceremony, we’ll go over the details in a thorough planning session.
