Nestled among picturesque vineyards, the Thaller family’s wine castle stands in the heart of the idyllic Styrian Thermenland and Vulkanland regions. Not only can civil, religious, or non-denominational weddings be held here, but also wedding receptions and parties.

Nestled among picturesque vineyards and built from the ground up, the Thaller family’s wine castle rises amid the idyllic landscape of Styria’s thermal spa and volcanic region.
From the blossoming castle courtyard, your guests will stroll through the arbors to the vineyard chapel and on to the wedding pavilion, which towers high above the vineyards. Not only can civil, religious, or non-denominational weddings be held at this wedding venue, but also the wedding reception and the celebration that follows.
The sprawling estate offers a wide range of options for any occasion, regardless of the season or weather. Even the spacious courtyard—the heart of the Weinschloss—can be used regardless of the weather thanks to a retractable courtyard canopy installed in 2022. Included is professional lighting equipment that creates an even more festive atmosphere in the outdoor area.
Event planner Bettina will support you in your planning with her years of experience and keen eye for detail, and—together with her culinary team—will take excellent care of all your wedding guests. The kitchen team will create a customized menu tailored to your needs, complemented by fine wines from our in-house vintners and regional specialties.
The Weinschloss hosts a maximum of one wedding per day. This allows the wedding venue to be tailored to your specific wishes and arranged flexibly, ensuring that nothing stands in the way of your special day in this breathtaking setting.
The Thaller family and their team look forward to creating unforgettable moments together with you.

Mediterranean lightness meets Styrian elegance: Jodie and Dominik’s wedding at the Weinschloss Thaller shows just how stylish, emotional, and modern a celebration under olive branches can be. A non-religious wedding ceremony, log-sawing, a champagne tower, and wedding fireworks—a celebration full of love, tradition, and joie de vivre.
