In the early 1990s, the production facility—built during the monarchy—was redesigned by various local artists and converted into an event venue. Since then, the Conrad Sohm has hosted not only concerts, club nights, readings, cabaret shows, and exhibitions, but also wedding receptions. The venue has a capacity of 70 to 150 seats in a banquet-style setup—with other seating arrangements, it can accommodate an even larger number of guests.
