When should we ideally book you for our wedding?
Generally speaking, it’s best to book me as early as possible to ensure that I can reserve your desired wedding date. Popular dates and in-demand venues are often booked up well in advance. Booking early—ideally about 12 to 18 months before your wedding date—gives us plenty of time to approach the planning stress-free and ensure we can find the best vendors for your needs. Of course, you’re also welcome to inquire about last-minute wedding dates. Feel free to send me a message to check availability for your date. Then we’ll discuss how I can best support you.
How does the planning process with you work?
In a nutshell, our journeytogether begins with an initial in-depth conversation where we get to know each other and discuss your ideas, wishes, and priorities for the wedding. In subsequent planning meetings, I’ll listen carefully to what you envision and ask plenty of questions to get a clear picture of your dream day. Based on this information, I then develop a customized concept for your wedding that takes both your style and your budget into account. Once we’ve finalized the concept, I take over the comprehensive organization and coordination of all the details. Throughout the entire planning phase, I’m here to support you with advice and assistance. Regular updates and meetings ensure that you’re always up to date and don’t miss any details. On the wedding day, I’ll be there in person to ensure that everything runs perfectly and that you can enjoy your big day to the fullest.
How can we get to know you personally?
Toget to know each other personally and get a senseof who we are, I offer you the opportunity for a free introductory meeting. Since I usually work with you over an extended period of time, it’s especially important to me to make sure we have good chemistry from the start. The meeting usually takes place in person, either at my office or at a location that’s convenient for you. If you prefer, or if distance makes it necessary, we can also arrange an online meeting via Zoom.
