When planning this big day, the focus is on your individual wishes and your very own love story. Whether in Austria or Italy—with creative ideas and a wide network of vendors, Chiara will organize everything you need for eure Traumhochzeit . She’s also happy to handle coordination and support on the wedding day itself.
She adds the finishing touch to your love story with her own collection of wedding decorations, which she has lovingly curated over the years. You can view the decorations in her showroom in Innsbruck, rent them for your celebration, and give your wedding that special something.

If a couple shares a love of nostalgia and appreciates old-fashioned handwriting, analog cameras, and the good old days, then the perfect venue for their wedding is practically a given: it has to be a fairytale castle! This wedding inspiration from Tyrol shows that a castle wedding doesn’t have to be stuffy—it can also be given a trendy twist.

Set against the majestic Alpine backdrop of Innsbruck, a wedding unfolds that harmoniously blends urban glamour with the unspoiled beauty of nature. The “City Glamour” theme is reflected in many details, from the color palette to the table decorations. The chosen color scheme—black, white, dusty pink, beige, and cream—permeates the entire setting and elegantly blends the city’s cool modernity with delicate romance.

Just one glance at the ambiance of this inspiration reveals that everything here feels soft, romantic, and fairy-tale-like—like a stroll through an English garden. With pastel hues, floral artwork, ethereal tulle dresses, and a playful sweet table, a setting was created at Schloss Mühlau that evokes an elegant British afternoon tea party.
View GalleryMy passion for events was practically instilled in me from birth by my mother, who used to run an event venue. My enthusiasm for this field was therefore supported by my family from an early age, and so I organized my first commercial event while still in my early teens. After completing my studies, my career path led me to one of Europe’s most renowned event marketing agencies (Weirather-Wenzel & Partner, WWP). From small team events and corporate parties to major events like the Kitzbühel Hahnenkamm Race or the Alpine World Ski Championships in St. Moritz, I learned to navigate and master every possible facet and challenge of the industry there. After several years of very intense work at the agency—and having gained a wealth of experience—2017 brought the organization of what was, to date, my most important event: my wedding. The transition from traditional event planning to wedding planning happened quickly, and by the time our own successful wedding day was over, one thing was clear: I wanted to take the leap into self-employment and help other couples plan their weddings as well. After successfully completing my training as a certified wedding planner, I finally founded my own company in 2019.
Theindustry’s artistic creativityand the fact that it constantly reinvents itself (even in times of crisis). The seemingly endless trends, ideas, and inspirations that change like the seasons. Collaborating with a wide variety of tradespeople, service providers, and people. Being able to plan the most beautiful day in a couple’s life and earning the trust that couples place in you throughout the process. Seeing the beaming faces of the bride and groom and their happy guests on the wedding day, and witnessing the result of months of planning culminate in a perfect wedding day.
Sustainability and individuality remain highly valued. This is evident not only in the way weddings are planned but also in the growing demand for rental items from my decoration rental business, “Unforgettable Rentals.” By renting decorations, couples not only save money but also help protect the environment. The couple’s individual preferences and personalities take center stage and are reflected in their choice of wedding decorations. Since many couples have had to reschedule their weddings to dates outside the traditional wedding months due to past COVID-19 restrictions, romantic fall and cozy winter weddings may increasingly become a lovely alternative to summer weddings in the future. The trend may be shifting toward smaller, regional weddings; however, perhaps precisely because of the difficult months we’ve all endured, there may be increased demand for large celebrations and extravagant weddings abroad. The extent to which—and for how long—the COVID-19 crisis will actually affect the wedding industry remains uncertain. It is likely, however, that this challenging time will also help shape future trends in the wedding industry.
Back then, Iwanted to embrace the trend of American “barn weddings,” so in 2017 we got married in a barn in the Tyrolean Alps. The natural yet cozy and rustic charm of the “Triendlsäge” in Seefeld immediately appealed to my husband and me. We wanted a casual and relaxed atmosphere and an outdoor wedding ceremony. Our wedding theme blended vintage, boho, and romantic styles. The color palette consisted of soft, warm tones with a few colorful accents. Natural elements like jute, kraft paper, and wood perfectly complemented the decor. For children of all ages, we set up homemade party games in the garden, such as giant Jenga, ring toss, and can toss. Lounge areas in the garden invited guests to relax and enjoy each other’s company. In the evening, a live band, along with numerous lanterns and string lights, created a warm and inviting party atmosphere. For us, it was an all-around perfect wedding day filled with unforgettable moments!
