I specialize in supporting couples who travel to Austria or Vienna from abroad to get married here. Whether it’s finding the right accommodations, arranging transportation, or handling special requests—I’ll make sure everything runs smoothly so you don’t have to worry about a thing. Of course, I’m also happy to assist Austrian couples. Thanks to my language skills in German, English, and French—and a little Spanish and Italian—I always find the right words. And if language ever does pose a challenge: a smile and a few gestures have always helped.
WhenI’m booked to coordinate the day, I’ll visit the venue with you about two to three weeks before the wedding. You’ll tell me how you envision your big day and provide me with all the details about the vendors you’ve booked. I’ll then create a detailed schedule and coordinate all the vendors on the wedding day. I’ll serve as the point of contact for your guests and always have a Plan B ready—just in case the weather changes or something comes up at the last minute. This way, you can relax and enjoy your day, and your guests won’t have to take on any organizational tasks.
With full-service planning, I handle the entire organization of your wedding: from finding vendors and creating the concept to coordinating on the wedding day. I’ll coordinate every step closely with you, create a mood board, develop a timeline, and be there to support you throughout the entire planning process. Partial planning is ideal if you’d like to handle certain aspects yourselves—in this case, I’ll provide targeted support, such as helping you find specific vendors or creating the schedule.
We’ll start off on a relaxed note with a free, no-obligation initial consultation—online or in person in Vienna or the surrounding area. During this 30- to 45-minute session, we’ll discuss how I can support you. Afterward, I’ll send you a personalized proposal that we can tailor together. And if everything looks good, we’ll get started planning your big day!
The cost depends on the scale of your wedding and the level of support you’d like. I offer various packages that we can tailor to your specific needs. This allows us to set a fair flat rate that covers all agreed-upon services. It’s important to me that there are no hidden costs—you should have full cost transparency throughout the entire planning process.
