The Wedding Mission Based in Vienna, they have been guiding couples on their journey to their big day for over ten years. Nora, Pauline, and Paula are passionate about making your wedding truly special. Nora and Pauline are wedding planners, and Paula is a freelance wedding officiant. Together, the three of them will help you plan your wedding day with heart, style, and great sensitivity. They draw on many years of experience and a strong network within the wedding industry.

In the process, they work with you to get the most out of your budget. Every wedding is planned individually and executed with the highest standards of quality, atmosphere, and personality.

The goal of The Wedding Mission is to help you feel completely at ease, let go, and enjoy your wedding day to the fullest. This creates moments filled with joy, emotion, and unforgettable memories that will stay with you for a lifetime.
The initial consultation is free of charge, and you don’t need to prepare anything. It lasts about sixty minutes and takes place in a relaxed setting, either in person or online via Microsoft Teams or Zoom. We’ll discuss your ideas, get to know each other, and see if we’re a good fit. Afterward, you’ll receive a written proposal.
Ideally, as soon as you’re engaged, because popular venues and quality services for weddings are often booked well in advance. Of course, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute requests—even for non-religious weddings. This requires everyone involved to work efficiently.
You'll receive a proposal that breaks down our services in detail. If you're happy with the proposal, you'll sign it. After that, you'll make the down payment, and from that point on, your date will be firmly reserved in our calendar. Then we'll get started on the first steps of your wedding planning.
