This often leads to frayed nerves and dampens the anticipation. A wedding planner is there to support you at exactly this point. I’ll guide you through the entire process, organize all your to-dos, bring clarity to your planning, and ensure that you can relax and enjoy the lead-up to your wedding and that your big day goes off without a hitch.
For me, wedding day coordination goes far beyond just the wedding day itself. Even if the couple has planned the wedding themselves, I begin with a comprehensive planning review about six weeks before the celebration. During this process, I go over every detail—from the entire schedule to all the vendors you’ve booked, right down to the unique aspects of your wedding. During this intensive preparation phase, I handle all coordination with every vendor and also speak with your closest family members and your witnesses. This ensures that I’m truly aware of every little detail and that everything runs smoothly on your wedding day. Thanks to this thorough preparation, you can feel completely at ease and relax and enjoy your big day—while I work behind the scenes to ensure that every moment turns out exactly as you’ve dreamed it would.
My main focus is on Lower Austria. However, I’m not limited to this region: Upon request, I’ll cover weddings throughout Austria. Whether it’s a mountain pasture wedding, a romantic castle wedding, or a modern city wedding—I look forward to supporting couples across Austria.
