Ever since he was a child, when he first picked up his father’s SLR camera, Martin Koch discovered his love for photography. He vividly remembers the first instructions—“focus, hold steady, and press the shutter button.” Today, the photographer no longer knows what became of those early photos, taken when Martin pressed the shutter button with childlike enthusiasm. But one thing Martin knows for sure: That early fascination has evolved into a deep passion for wedding photography, which he gets to live out with every new wedding.
MK Fotografen’s approach is always characterized by discretion and naturalness. Martin strives to remain unobtrusive during the wedding ceremony to capture genuine emotions. By not using a flash during the ceremony, he ensures silent photography. This way, you can focus entirely on each other and on the ceremony. There’s just one thing that makes this Tyrolean stand out: the photo artist loves colorful socks! This charming little quirk makes him instantly recognizable to your guests—so Martin brings good cheer to your wedding, from his camera to his feet! And what about the couple’s photo shoot? There, too, the photographer makes it a priority to keep the shoot relaxed, natural, and full of romance and fun.
In addition to his work on the wedding day, Martin is happy to help you plan the photography schedule and take care of details like accessories, setting selection, and more. The experienced wedding photographer also offers plenty of options beyond the wedding day—such as an engagement shoot or an after-wedding shoot.
Martin is undoubtedly one of those photographers who approaches his work with a great deal of creativity, passion, and an eye for the extraordinary. Get to know this friendly wedding photographer and coffee enthusiast in person—he’d be happy to visit you in the comfort of your own home.
