Are you a full-time photographer?
Yes, I specialize in weddings and photograph a limited number of weddings each year. I’m often booked up several months in advance. Over the past few years, I’ve photographed over 200 weddings and developed my own visual style, for which I receive several hundred inquiries every year.
How does the booking process work? Can we get to know you beforehand?
After you’ve sent me your inquiry via my contact form, I’ll get back to you by email within 48 hours. If your desired date is still available, I’ll send you more information and the option to schedule a free, no-obligation video call via Zoom. During this call, we’ll get to know each other, discuss your ideas and wishes, and work together to determine which wedding photography package best suits you and your vision. Afterward, you can easily confirm your booking—and check another item off your wedding checklist!
How does the couple’s photo shoot work?
I seamlessly integrate the couple’s photos into your wedding day, so you don’t have to set aside any extra time for them. Instead of a long 2-hour shoot with unnatural poses, we’ll take 1–2 short walks. Throughout the day, I’ll take you aside for a few minutes to capture natural and candid shots of you as a couple. The reception and a few minutes around sunset are particularly good times for this.
We’re not comfortable in front of the camera. Can you help us with that?
Almost every couple shares these concerns before the wedding. I totally get it—and that’s completely okay! I see it as my job to make sure you don’t have to pretend to be someone else, that you can just be yourselves, and that you feel comfortable during the photo session. I don’t just show up at your wedding as a person with a camera. My goal is to blend in with your group like a regular guest and build a friendly rapport. That’s how I capture natural moments—without you having to force anything or play a role.
Do you also photograph weddings in ... ?
I photograph weddings not only throughout Austria but also regularly in other European countries. My travel expenses are already conveniently included in my packages. This means you know exactly what to expect from the start and don’t have to worry about hotel reservations or flights. You book me—and I’ll take care of the rest so that I arrive on time (and, with my built-in buffer time, usually even a little early).
When will we get the first photos?
Within the first week after your wedding, you’ll receive the first photo preview in your online gallery. That’s already 50–100 photos. You’ll receive the entire gallery about 8 weeks later.
What equipment do you use?
Iwork with professional cameras from Canon and Leica, along with the corresponding lenses, and I always bring backup cameras and lenses with me. I also have a DJI drone, which I use—depending on the package you’ve booked—to take photos and videos, weather and location permitting.
