Frequently Asked Questions About Memories by Maddie

When will we get our photos?

Just 1–2 days after your wedding, you'll receive a lovingly curated preview gallery with about 30 photos. The complete online gallery will follow within 1–5 weeks, depending on my workload.

Should we meet in person before the wedding?

I'd love to! A meeting is a wonderful opportunity to get to know you and talk about your wishes and ideas. If a face-to-face meeting isn't possible, we can easily set up a Zoom call instead.

How many pictures can we expect?

You'll get about 50–100 photos per hour of coverage. The exact number depends entirely on how much is happening on your big day and how large your wedding party is.

Do we have to make a down payment?

No, a down payment is not required. We specify the planned duration of our services in the contract, and you won't have to pay until you've received your completed online gallery.
