Melissa from Fineart Wedding is an experienced wedding photographer from Styria who wants to touch your hearts with her photos and tell your very own personal story.
When taking wedding photos, fun and joy are especially important to Melissa, because that’s the only way to capture authentic, candid, and lively images. Creating this foundation of trust requires empathy—something the wedding photographer brings to the table in many ways. After all, Melissa’s approach is to accompany you, the wedding couple, through your special day just like a friend would.
With her warm and friendly manner and her eye for those very special moments—both big and small—this photographer from Styria captures your most heartwarming moments so that they’ll continue to stir your emotions for years to come.
To ensure that the atmosphere and chemistry between the photographer and you as a couple are just right from the start, getting to know each other is very important to Melissa: You can ask any questions you have during a phone call or video call. However, Melissa already answers many common questions about wedding photography on her website, because transparency is extremely important to this Styrian photographer.
What happens if it rains on the wedding day?
I’mvery optimistic about this, since I’ve never photographed a wedding that was rained out from start to finish. A little bit of “lucky rain” here and there can actually be really nice. First of all, I’d recommend an umbrella and rubber boots. That can lead to some really fun photos. As long as it’s not pouring buckets, we’ll still shoot. But if it really isn’t possible to take photos, we’ll need a Plan B or even an after-wedding shoot. If necessary, it just requires a little more flexibility from both sides, and we’ll simply make the most of the rain-free windows. I’m very confident that every wedding—no matter the weather—will result in something unique.
Who owns the finished photographic works?
By law, I always retainthecopyright. Unless otherwise agreed, you are granted a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal, non-commercial purposes. This right of use includes the right to reproduce and distribute the works for non-commercial purposes. Any commercial use of the photographs and photographic works requires my prior and express consent. The same applies in the event of editing, retouching, alteration, or redesign of the photographs and photographic works, including photo composites, montages, or other forms of manipulation. The transfer of usage rights generally takes place only after full payment of the agreed-upon fee. For publications on the Internet and on social media, a reference to me must be included at least once.
Will the photos be published?
It’s especially importanttome to publish wedding photos so I can show other couples the quality of my work. Of course, you can always opt out, so no photos of you will be posted on social media or similar platforms. However, I’m always very happy when I’m allowed to use the photos.
What happens if you get sick?
Wewedding photographers have an incredibly large network; if I were to actually get sick or be prevented from attending due to a personal emergency, I would immediately arrange a replacement for you. This has happened once before—I had a family emergency 45 minutes before the wedding was set to begin, and in that short time, I managed to find a colleague to step in for the bride and groom. So don’t worry—I promise you won’t have to get married without a photographer.
How can you book me?
Getting to know each otheris very important to me—that way, we can figure out if we’re a good fit. You’ll find all the information, prices, and services on my website; transparency is especially important to me. If you’d like to know more, let’s get to know each other during a no-obligation phone or video call and discuss all our expectations. Once you’re sure and all open questions have been answered, you’ll make a deposit, sign a contract, and your appointment will be confirmed. Of course, I’m here to answer any questions you may have and offer advice and support.
