How do I book you for my event?
Contact us through our website, by email, or by phone. We’ll discuss your event, your musical preferences, and all the details together. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.
Can we have a consultation before booking?
Yes, a in-person or virtual consultation is possible, but of course it’s not required. We’d be happy to meet with you in the Graz/Gleisdorf area for a personal introductory meeting.
How does setup and takedown work?
We’ll be on site at least one hour before the ceremony begins and will need about 20–30 minutes for setup and a sound check. We’ll make sure everything is ready in time before your guests arrive.
Is there background music during the breaks?
Yes, we offer the option of playing background music through our sound system during our breaks to ensure a continuous musical atmosphere.
