“Carpe Diem”—seize the day. Even the poet Horace knew how important it is to live in the moment. This couple has embraced precisely this attitude toward life in the historic setting of an elegant Viennese hotel. Instead of opting for a traditional engagement celebration, the two are throwing a wild engagement party where they themselves take center stage. Their only guest: their adorable four-legged friend. True to the motto “Carpe Diem,” they’re savoring every moment and celebrating their bond before the next big chapter begins and they officially seal their love on their wedding day.
Of course, a sparkling champagne and sweet treats are a must for an engagement party. Three artfully designed Lambeth-style cakes are delivered right to the hotel room, creating a sweet table with a twist. Together, the couple toasts their engagement and shares slices of the sweet cakes. Even at their engagement party, there’s a hint of a wedding in the air. The groom wears an elegant suit, while the bride dazzles in a modern wedding dress. Sheer sleeves and a long, flowing overdress lend the look a captivating air of sophistication. The white mini-dress peeking out from underneath adds a cool touch to the bridal look. The ambiance, too, couldn’t be more fitting. In the stylish Viennese hotel bar, elegant hotel ambiance meets the unmistakable charm of a traditional Viennese coffeehouse. The combination of historic flair and a modern lifestyle makes the hotel the perfect backdrop for this special event.
The couple dances exuberantly on the hotel bed, laughing and celebrating their very own engagement party. What tomorrow may bring is of no consequence today. All that matters now is their love! But every now and then, they find themselves looking forward to a wedding that will be at least as wild and cool as this day they’re spending together in the posh Viennese hotel.
