How does the booking process work? How complicated is it to set up and operate the photo booth?
We’ve made the entire process as simple and hassle-free as possible. It can be broken down into four steps: 1. Booking: You check availability directly on our website and book your desired package with just a few clicks. The whole process is completely secure for you, as we don’t require a deposit. 2. Logistics: You decide what works best for you—either pick up the easy-to-transport photo booth yourself at one of our locations, or book our delivery service, which will bring the booth directly to your wedding venue, set it up on site, and pick it up again. 3. Setup: Setup is a breeze and takes less than 5 minutes: set up the tripod, attach the box, plug it in—done! 4. Operation: The photo booth runs fully automatically all evening. Thanks to the intuitive touchscreen, your guests can operate it completely on their own. No on-site supervision is necessary.
When should we book the photo booth? What does the planning process look like before and after the party?
Our goal is to take all the work off your hands so you can focus on what matters most—celebrating and having fun. Before the celebration: Your only small task is to let us know your preferences for the personalized design of the printouts (e.g., names, date, logo). We’ll take care of all the technical preparations, the appropriate layout, and making sure there’s enough paper and ink for hundreds of prints. On the day of the celebration: Allwe need is a small space of about 2 × 2 meters and a standard electrical outlet for the photo booth. You can set it up yourself—or our team can do it—in just a few minutes.
How good is the photo quality? Can we customize the design of the prints?

Unlike many providers who use webcams or tablets, every Renty photo booth is equipped with a high-resolution digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) camera for crystal-clear images. A professional studio flash and dimmable LED fill light illuminate every scene perfectly. This ensures brilliant photos even in low light—a world apart from solutions using tablets or webcams. A personalized design makes your prints truly unique. We customize the layout exactly to your specifications—with names, dates, logos, or a special theme. This turns every photo into the perfect, personalized souvenir of your wedding.
Which plan is right for us? And could we run out of paper for printing?
This is one of the most common concerns—but with us, it’s unfounded! The Fotobox Digital package is ideal if you want to receive all your photos digitally and share them online. The Fotobox Premium Print package is perfect for lasting memories that your guests can take home with them right away. The Wedding Package ( Fotobox Premium Print + sound system for up to 160 people) creates a lively atmosphere on the dance floor while capturing emotional and funny moments with the Fotobox. The Premium Print package already includes 400 prints. Experience has shown that this supply easily lasts through even the longest party night. So you can be sure that the printing fun is unlimited—without having to change the paper.
What happens if there is a technical problem during our wedding after all?
Your wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime moment—and we won’t leave you on your own. We rely exclusively on tried-and-true, high-quality components to prevent technical issues from the start. When you pick up the photo booth, you’ll receive a personal briefing from our team, who will be available to answer any initial questions you may have. You also have the option to book our “Personal Delivery” service—which includes on-site setup and takedown. In addition, we offer helpful video tutorials for all our products, which you can access at any time. If, contrary to expectations, a question does come up during the event, you can reach our support team daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.—by phone or video call. This way, you’re covered on multiple fronts and can relax and enjoy the celebration.
