Do we need any prior experience for our wedding dance?
No, absolutely not. As a choreographer and musical theater performer, I don’t require any prior experience and will build your wedding dance step by step. If you do have some experience, that’s great, of course.
How many dance lessons do we need for a custom wedding dance?
That depends entirely on what you want. I usually practice with my bridal couples for about eight hours, assuming each song is 2:30–3:00 minutes long.
How do we find the right song for our wedding dance?
Think of songs that you both like, that bring you together, and that make you want to dance and have fun. It doesn't matter at all whether the song is currently popular or whether it's a "classic" wedding song.
We can't agree on a song for the wedding dance—what's the best solution?
If you have several favorite songs to choose from for your wedding dance, a custom-made medley might be the perfect solution. This involves harmoniously combining different songs and weaving them together into a unique choreography. That way, you don’t have to choose just one song and can incorporate different musical styles, shared memories, or special moments into your wedding dance.
