Are you looking for your very own, unforgettable wedding dance? Do you want the song to be tailored just for you and for the dance to be a lasting memory? Then wedding dance choreographer Bettina Tieber is the perfect choice for you.
She has been dancing since she was nine—from folk and international dances to line dancing, ballroom, and Latin—and has gained quite a bit of experience as a result. In 1995, she opened the Opera Ball as a debutante, and for over ten years she has led a dance group in Bregenz. In 2020, she began specializing in weddings.
Bettina always puts her heart into her work, constantly creating wonderful choreography tailored specifically to each bride and groom. She can’t imagine a more beautiful job than rehearsing a wedding dance with you that will remain a wonderful memory for you and your guests forever.
Whether it’s a classic waltz, a rumba, or a mix of different dances; whether with or without lifts; whether with or without a transition to “Alles Walzer”—anything is possible! Together with Bettina, you’ll find exactly the right fit for you.
The wedding couple can choose any song that holds special meaning for them, and I’ll create a unique dance routine to go with it. This means every routine is tailored to the song from start to finish. I’ll take the couple’s wishes into account—whether they want lifts, special elements, or a specific theme. The wedding dance thus becomes a highlight of the wedding and an unforgettable experience that can be relived time and again through the song.
A wedding is supposed to be the most beautiful day in the couple’s lives. On this special day, there’s so much love in the air that you can’t help but love everything about weddings. The entire planning process—from the floral arrangements to the successful celebration—has something magical about it, and for me, the wedding dance is a big part of that. Time and again, I’m amazed at how I manage to create a unique choreography every single time, even though not every song is equally well-suited for a couple’s dance due to its tempo and rhythm. The joy on the happy faces of the bride and groom during the dance speaks louder than a thousand words, and it’s simply wonderful to see the final result and know that I’ve contributed to the couple’s happiness.
Not only are weddings themselves becoming increasingly personalized, but so are the wedding dances. Couples are no longer limited to the classic Viennese waltz; instead, they are increasingly choosing to dance to a song they’ve selected themselves. In addition, it’s easier for couples with no prior dance experience to learn a choreographed routine to a song than to first have to learn the basic steps of several dances in a dance class.
My dream would be to turn my hobby into a career, because I really enjoy choreographing wedding dances. I see this work as personally fulfilling because the world of dance has always been a part of my life, and I really enjoy working with bridal couples. The feedback—whether it’s when couples send me videos after the wedding or when I get to read their personal messages in a thank-you card—always brings tears of joy to my eyes. Nothing makes me happier than this wonderful appreciation for my work.
