Nicolas Kreil is the CEO of Austria Wedding and, as such, is in daily contact with wedding service providers from all over Austria—photographers, wedding planners, wedding officiants, and many more. Before founding Austria Wedding, he ran a wedding planning business in Vorarlberg with his wife, Michelle Kreil . Nicolas also continues to work as a wedding DJ to this day. A family man and soccer fan, he’s a natural networker who enjoys interacting with people. Values like fairness and respect are particularly important to him, and he regularly conveys these not only to his employees but also to service providers in the wedding industry. Whether it’s participating in the Luft & Liebe® Wedding Festival, collaborating with partner companies, or making an entry in a wedding book—Nicolas never relies on anonymous mass emails; instead, he prefers to call personally and inquire directly.
