Why do you plan non-religious wedding ceremonies?
I’ve always been passionate about weddings and love the diversity they offer. Whether it’s a civil ceremony or a non-traditional one—it’s especially important to me to personalize every wedding so that it doesn’t feel like a run-of-the-mill ceremony. At the civil registry office, the preparation options and the ceremony itself are limited by time constraints. With independent wedding ceremonies, I can fully express my creativity and passion and tell your love story in all its facets.
Is the order of events for a non-religious wedding ceremony always the same?
Not at all! Just as you are unique as a couple, I’ll tailor your preparations and ceremony to suit you. Some couples like to share their story verbally, while others prefer to write it down at their own pace—both are wonderful. Together, we’ll find the perfect plan that suits you.
Can we get involved?
Absolutely! Your day should reflect who you are. Include your favorite music, recite personal poems, or invite family and friends to make a small contribution. All of this will make your wedding ceremony even more lively and emotional.
How long does a non-religious wedding ceremony last?
Experience has shown that the ideal duration is about 40 minutes—this helps keep all the guests engaged, keeps the kids happy, and maintains a lively atmosphere. Of course, we’ll work with you to determine the exact length, since every couple and every story is different.
When and where do you perform wedding ceremonies?
Since Fridays are focused on civil marriage services, I prefer to offer non-religious wedding ceremonies on the weekends. I mainly work in Vorarlberg, but I’m also happy to travel abroad if you’d like to get married there. Just reach out—maybe we’ll get to plan your big day together soon.
